Sinton has been our long time service company for HVAC. When our old system needed repairs, they helped us make some decisions about when to replace the old unit, and helped nurse us through the last year. While we wanted to wait until fall, our AC finally died last August. Sinton helped us get a great American Standard system for our home and expedited the install to keep us all comfortable- they got the AC up right away and came back to finish the heater replacement a week or so later. It made all the difference, and the service staff is always incredible. Sinton always treats everyone like friends and neighbors. I have them service my unit regularly- to make sure it has a long life and we get our investment back.

With the really hot weather hitting, and the fantastic comfort we have inside, I know we made a great choice.

I have been a customer of Sinton Air since 2006. They installed our geothermal unit . I have been very pleased with the performance if the unit and also the technicians who do the maintenance checks on it. They are responsive when we have questions and take the time to explain their answers. I highly recommend them for geothermal installation and service.

We have used Sinton for over 15 years. They helped us nurse along an old oil unit until it was no longer practical. Luckily we were able to take advantage of government tax credit to install geothermal. My wife keeps meticulous records and insists that the savings were worth the investment. Even without the credit, if you are planning on living in your home a long time the benefits may outweigh the cost. We have an emergency generator and Sinton along with our electrician have it wired seamlessly. What I love is that we run our a.c. from the first heatwave of Spring through Halloween at minimal cost. We never turn it off. It keeps the humidity out and you don't feel guilty! If you are looking to utilize a local business, with skilled technicians you can trust in your home then they are worth a call. We give them great reviews for system design and service, along with customer service. They also sponsor many community-based activities like the KAU Little League and area high school academic, philanthropic, and athletic teams. 👍

I've taken over a geothermal system, and the previous owner recommended continuing to work with Sinton, who installed and maintained the system. Great to work with a knowledgeable team: John showed me how everything worked and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Our previous owner used Sinton and we stuck with them. We are glad we did. John is extremely helpful and handled a difficult new heat pump install professionally and with great expertise. They also followed through getting the kinks out of the new system which we greatly appreciate.

We have been using Sinton since they installed our Geo Thermal and all I can say is I am glad we decided they were the company of choice. From installation thru our maintenance checks to our minor problem they have been outstanding. Their people know what they are doing.
I had an issue with our unit they were out the same day and everything is working perfectly. I can't say enough good things about them.

Sinton’s HVAC team replaced our geothermal system that had been installed by a company specializing in geothermal. With their understanding of both HVAC AND geothermal, Sinton improved the air flow so it maintains a level temperature and doesn’t sound like a train roaring by when it comes on. The Sinton team did clean work, on schedule and on budget. Thanks to Matt and team for their great work. Definitely recommend!

I DID NOT use this company. I am actually just hoping the owners read this. I tried contacting this company 3 times. 1st by the website around early Feb. I followed up a week later with a call and the guy that answer was great and said they have my info and would get back to me.

Fast forward, I tried again to call at mid March and again, guy that answer apologized for no one calling and would have someone call shortly. Well..end of March now and nothing. Its a shame as I had a couple of good recommendations to use them for Geothermal.

Again, just hoping the owner reads this and sees that he has potential customers just falling off. No need to call me now. If I cannot get someone to call, no way I can trust they will be here on time and be responsive.

I have been a Sinton's customer for over 25 years. In that time technologies have changed, but their attention to details and their customer base has not. I have had a some worn out equipment issues over that time and the Sinton team has been there with updated equipment and new ideas to keep us warm and cool when it counts. Very happy with their approach.

This business is a scam ,they are non responsive and overcharges labor and material. For one hour labor they randomly charged $280 and quoted $380 for material available at Home Depot for $130.

Good luck to those who works with this business , I am ending my relationship with them.
