Tankless water heater repair and adjustment was the job. Tim returned my call the same day and arrived 45 minutes after the return call. He was thorough, courteous, and fixed the problems in a timely manner. He is a certified plumber. We would hire him in the future, if we need a plumber again.

I called Tim's Plumbing and Heating a couple of years ago. They were wonderful; they found that the part they needed to replace in my furnace was still under warranty and they also replaced the old pipes and vents and put in the double wall pipes that should have been there and re-vented the system. When I called them last week, it was because my furnace and water stopped working. They came and put a new part in the furnace, cleaned the burners. The cost was much lower than I expected and I am very pleased with their work. This is the first place I would call if I have a heating or plumbing problem. I also highly recommend them to everyone. They are honest, good people. Thank you, Tim's Plumbing and Heating for sending me professional people who I know will fix the problem.

Very disappointed, they came out spent less than 10 minutes at site, told me it was not a plumbing issue but rather a caulking issue, even though we had just thoroughly caulked the tub. We still had a leak so had to get someone else to come in and indeed it was a plumbing issue.

I have been dealing with Tim's Plumbing and Heater for probably close to 4ish years. When I first moved here, I felt with another company because it was recommended to me for my heater. At first it was ok, then I was treated very rudely, and to b honest, I just picked the first plumbing and heating service in kane on the web. Since having them do all my service on my heater, I would NEVER go anywhere else. Even if they offered 1/2 price. The staff is so knowledgeable, personable, and just awesome. And Tim, is a wonderful business owner, also very knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate about his customers. So, if you need any plumbing or need your heating system repaired there is only one place to go! TIM'S PLUMBING AND HEATING!

Hired him to unclog my kitchen sink. The snake wasn't long enough, so it wasn't unclogged. I was still charged $295.03....for labor & two small parts. That's extremely poor business practice, to say the least.

Super quick service and very professional staff. Completed the job with attention to detail and took less time than expected. Would highly recommend to everyone!
