Steve and Geoff were on time, polite, service done quickly and explained all procedures.

Very professional in doing this installation. Installed new Bosch 20 SEER heat pump with Ecobee thermostat. The work couldn’t have been any cleaner and the system is awesome! We could not be any happier, highly recommend.

Thank you Jake! Our brand new oil tank had a faulty gauge and while it read we had have a tank, we ran out at 10pm New Years eve! The first thing on the 1st, Jake called me back to help walk me through adding more fuel and trying to get it going. When that did not work, he came out and serviced it to get it up and running again. Amazing service!

Very responsive even on a Sunday before Christmas. Actually took time over the phone to help me with troubleshooting and repair. This is far and above your average normal response along with the willingness to spend time assessing and assisting with a heater repair Will be my absolute first call going forward and have scheduled a follow up appointment to service my heater and check/confirm my work. Although I am located in a different part of the USA this company took the time to answer my questions and provided detailed information about the BOSCH HVAC systems and the various brands of tankless water heaters. They were patient and treated me as If I were a long time customer of their company.

Jake installed sub and above ground plumbing for my commercial property. This included sinks and a hot water heater. He does nice and clean work. I would hire him again.
