I have been a customer of John Cipollone's for 33 years. I have found them to be professional in their service - handling inbound service calls, arriving on time, focused on fixing the problem-at-hand, courteous and persistent. I say 'persistent', because in the real-world, some problem are intermittent, hard to recreate and therefore, a challenge to solve. I have found Cipollone's service techs to always work through to a final solution.

We have lived in our house for almost 30 years and Matthias was the first to solve the problem of unequal distribution of the air among rooms. The house is not only amazingly more comfortable but we can keep the thermostat higher during the day. Matthias addressed the air pressure which is not an aspect of the system that we had not heard about before.

This company is customer service driven. They are a family business with the size and commitment to properly service their customers in a timely and quality manner. They seem to take pride in a job well done. Every person I have come in contact with seems to have a smile behind their voice, a desire to do the job well. I recommend their services and products way above and beyond those offered by the "big box store", "big corporate" competition. Joey just saved the day for me! I'm expecting company and the ac died...it's 90 degrees! Not only was he very professional and polite, he detected the problem immediately (my fault .... negligent with maintenance) , worked diligently to fix it and saved the day. He explained to me in detail what he was doing every step of the way and suggested that, in the near future, I make arrangements for a maintenance plan........I will!
