You will not be disappointed with Mark Link and Mark Jr. They are very honest, knowledgeable and responsive. They installed 2 new HVAC units in my attic as well as my basement and outside in 2 days. They are very respectful and polite. You can Not go wrong with this father and son team!

I called Mark regarding some issues we were having with our VERY old heating unit. He came out to troubleshoot what was going on and did end up replacing a few small things. When we were still running into problems, he didn't beat around the bush and recommended replacing the system and gave us a a few names of trusted install companies. I appreciate that he didn't allow us to keep dumping money into a bottomless pit. He's honest and hardworking and that goes a very long way. Highly recommended!!

Mark is the only guy I call when I have any issues with my hvac system. He is the best. Always responsive, takes time to explain what repairs are needed, works neat and clean, and is great at what he does. Mark is always a pleasure to work with.

Link Heating and Cooling has been my go to choice for HVAC for the last 7yrs now. My wife and I moved into the Montgomery County area in 2014 and the house needed alot of renovations and a new HVAC unit. After getting quotes from a few vendors and talking with them, we chose Link Heating and Cooling. They were the most knowledgeable, personable, and had the best price.

Through the years, there has been a number of items that Mark has helped us with. Just to name a few: we had an indoor fireplace gas/electric installed that he setup and ran the pipes for. Also, this past summer we had a coil that was leaking that he found and fixed very quickly. Other companies wouldve milked the leaking coil, Mark had it diagnosed/identified and fixed nearly immediately. Also, the kids were asleep and they were not woken up which was a double win!

He has always been on time, very efficient in getting the items fixed and or repaired, and keeping our family protected from the elements (ac in the summer and heat in the winter). My wife and I now have 2 small kids and Mark is very personable and friendly to all of us!

My first experience finding a new HVAC company, I was very impressed with how quickly Mark Link found the problem & had parts in his van allowing for a part to be replaced quickly. I called Link Heating & Cooling LLC to schedule a service check on my heater. To my surprise, they were able to come out the same day. They cleaned my heater, changed the filters, changed a part and the service fee was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Link Heating & Cooling for all HVAC servicing.

I rarely write reviews but Link Heating and Cooling did such a spectacular job for us that I had to write this review. Link is incredibly professional, and most importantly, they are problem solvers who do what is best for their client-they figure out the problem and find the most cost-effective solution. They are trustworthy and highly talented. I would and will recommend them to anyone seeking heating and/or HVAC services.

Mark helped me out when I was in a jam trying to get a damaged humidifier working. He even helped me save some bucks, by suggesting repair over replacement. 100% would reccommend and use again! Thanks Mark!
