Hatch Plumbing & Heating

Arriving at the end of March, we had to wait til Monday to get gas turned on. Unfortunately, the furnace wouldn't come on. I called Hatch Plumbing & Heating and explained the problem. The young lady who answered the phone was sympathetic and said someone would be out. Within an hour, they were knocking on the door. Within 15 minutes, blessed heat was coming from the vents! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your speedy arrival and quick repair job. This couple from Arizona are now fans of Hatch Plumbing and Heating!

I contacted them 3 times and they said that they would call me, but didn't, had to get a company that accually cares

I called them at 8am and told them of my problem I’m having with my furnace. It’s now 2pm and I’m up and running!!!! They took a part off and took it to their shop to repair...brought back new part, reinstalled I would recommend hatch to anyone. Fast friendly service!!!! Thank you!!

Called with plumbing issues related to outdoor wood stove and hot water tank in the middle of the winter. I called at 7:00 AM and they were there by 8:30 AM. I had to leave a message on the answering machine but he called me back before they even opened and put us at the top of the list due to no heat. They have also fixed the kitchen sink on more than one occasion as well and were done with very little mess and had all the parts needed to fix whatever was needing attention. Couldn't ask for a better business!

Out of the three local plumbing services this is the only company to call me back when I had a major water issue.
Responded in a timely manor and fixed the problem quickly.
Top notch in my book.

Called and spoke to a lady there 3 weeks ago and was put on the schedule to get a hot water tank and still have never received a call nor visit?? Not very professional.
