Haugstad Heating and Cooling

When I was in search of a new heater to be installed Haugstad came in with great pricing, (half the price of others) they went above and beyond with my slightly diffucult situation. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Went thru Choice Home Warranty for AC repair and they sent Haugstad to do the work and so glad they did. Great company!!! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. The repair took a little bit longer because I went thru CHW....totally not Haugstads fault. Just hired them to do maintenance next week and will have them come back for regular maintenance as recommended.

Corey, the owner, handled our job. He was extremely responsive to our urgency, incredibly professional and did a great job on the repairs. His office staff was also very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Our A/C condensor died during a heat wave. Henry did a great job quickly identifying and fixing the problem. On time, fast, and efficient.

Henry (Hyun) was the technician assigned to us. He was awesome. Knew exactly what was broken. Ordered the part and fixed it right away. No BS like replace the entire unit (many techs do that). Honest technician. Definitely recommend.

I was referred to this company by NoChoice Home Warranty and if there was a choice for a ZERO I would of chosen that. I submitted a claim on 2/18 they accepted and gave me an appt. for Monday, 2/22/21, but showed up on Friday at 12:00 pm. My family doesn't have any heat at this time and it was snowing in NJ. He comes and tries to get me to pay him an additional $65 for a cleaning that was not covered. Then he says that my engine is running loudly and I should get that replaced. in addition, my Electronic Ignitor? was in need of repair. He did not submit the claim to NoChoice until Monday at 12:37 pm. He told me he would submit the claim on Friday and might work on Saturday but never contacted me. If he is the owner as he says, NOT A GOOD JOB OF BUILDNG A NAME FOR YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE SEND THE LINK AGAIN FOR A REVIEW. I WONT WAIT THIS TIME. It was approved and they came on Tuesday to repair the unit. Another technician comes and replaces those parts and then says that my gas valve and a hose needs to be added to the collector box. My understanding is that a unit will not operate at all without this piece of equipment but my unit worked well for the last 4 months without this tube? Bottom line my family still doesn't have heat and they want to send the first tech out to double check the problem again. Now NOChoice is saying they do not cover either of these parts. I had to call HOGSBREATH back and inquire about the fact that my unit worked intermittently before they arrived and completely stopped the next day. I would have liked the information that I could damage the unit further by continuing to use it during this time.

Overall, both Hogsbreath and NoChoice are not worth the time or money. I will continue my tour on line to spread the truth.

Impressed with their quality, professionalism, timelines and their responsiveness in following up. Corey from Haugstad quickly identified the issue with our furnace and fixed it immediately. I would recommend him to any of my friends. Great job !

I just have to Thanks Corey Haugstad for coming out to my House this morning and fixed our A/C Unit. Great people with an awesome customer service. He lookout for Me and does not over charge. He showed Me the problem and took care of it immediately. Affordable prices. I highly recommend Haugstad HVAC.

This company is simply the VERY BEST! Each time I was conned by other companies into trying to get me to pay thousands....and they STILL didn't fix my issues. Cory found the problem each time and just fixed it without all the fake charges the other guys tried to charge! They are always polite, on time, show you the problem and do NOT charge you the earth! They are HONEST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT and I would NEVER use another company...EVER!
