Refused to deliver oil because my driveway is steep. Didn't seem to care that I was close to empty. Drivers were unwilling to try an alternate way to deliver oil. Switched to the company that the previous owners of my house used (Penn Oil); they already know how to deliver oil to my home and were more than happy to assist.

If I could give zero stars I would! The owner was out to service our furnace. We were invoiced for a rebuilt part that was 5 times the price of the same new part! After a couple phone calls where this charge was highly disputed between the owner and either myself or my husband, he ONLY THEN says the part is new! Unbelievable! The part is still as dusty as can be and is not new. The invoice says rebuilt! True stories never usually change. He is a liar and a cheat. Throughout our phone conversations he was also caught in other lies. He also said "Well mam, you told me you couldn't get anyone else out here for your furnace." If that doesn't say he is taking advantage of me, I don't know what does. Terrible Terrible company. I would NEVER EVER EVER call them again.

They always go out of their way for the customer! We weren't paying attention to our oil and noticed we wouldn't make it through the weekend. We called them Friday and they made a special deliver for us on Saturday. (Please note that they don't deliver on Saturdays and use my review to your advantage).

Tried to call and make an appointment and the girl literally told me she didn’t know when they could come see me. She would leave a msg for the guys and someone would get back to me whenever they get a chance. Now I don’t know about you but when I call a service place to make an appointment I don’t want to have to wait until someone feels like calling me back. Is that not what the person answering the phone supposed to do? Make an appointment?

Totally overcharged me......was charged for more hours than they worked. Also grossly overcharged for used parts. Will never use again. Talked to the owner and all they will do is split my bill over 3 months. Horrible customer service
