We have used Comfort Generation to replace two complete units in our home. The salesperson was very knowledgeable of their products and recommended the best solutions for our home. Everything came in pretty quickly and working with the office to schedule the installs was pretty smooth and accommodating. When the technicians arrived at our house for the installs, they were very friendly, professional, clean and considerate of our home. They performed the installs quickly and did an excellent job from start to finish, including cleanup. When they left, you couldn’t even tell they were here, except that we had two new working units. 😃

I would highly recommend Comfort Generation for any repairs/installs based on our experience. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and this one tops them all!

Comfort Generation is a great company! From their sales department to their technicians, they are professional, friendly, and honest. The salesman, Mike Labruzzi, did not try to upsell me and even provided me confidence that the company could do the AC replacement, which was in a tight spot in my attic. The techs that installed the unit yesterday, Mike, Bryan, Jared, and Tom, were very professional and friendly. They worked fast and were very pleasant. They were also very meticulous in their work and even swept my floors before they left. I will definitely use this company for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

Where do I begin? I guess I will start at the beginning. We had Comfort Generation come to our home, prior to purchasing in Jan 2020 and do an inspection of our heating and cooling system. We have an old home, so these are actually 2 separate units. Chuck, the owner, did the inspection himself and stated that although our boiler was old (over 40 YEARS)- he stated it was a very good unit and that it still had some life left, most likely a year at best. To think that he could have said we would need this replaced almost immediately, in order for him to gain a customer, he did what was right by us- and in turn gained a loyal customer. Since then we have had Comfort Generation service our units, from general maintenance to fixing a leak in the duct work, running gas lines for our stove and gas fireplace, and replace a circuit board on our AC unit just to name a few things over the past 3 years.

Recently I reached out to Chuck, as our boiler would intermittently make a BOOM sound (think A Christmas Story) which would set off our smoke detector (from the dust) and scare you out of a dead sleep. Chuck stated it most likely was the furnace not "igniting" one of the sensors (or something along those lines, I'm not an HVAC Tech ;o) but he would be out to look it over. Long and short the boiler had seen her last days and we needed to have the unit replaced and decided to do our hot water heater as well.

This all transpired in the span of 4 days (including a weekend)- Chuck's team is meticulous about the service they provide, and go above and beyond to ensure that the client is happy. Kudos to Comfort Generation. I would recommend them (and have on numerous occasions) to be your go to HVAC Service provider.

My system was installed in 2019. They either didn’t listen to my goals or they didn’t care. Installed a system (~$27K) that doesn’t give me the functionality discussed during the sales process — specifically the ability to keep my house at precise temperature and the ability to install a smart thermostat. I was told the manufacturer version (pre-sale) offered all of the same features — perhaps it does, but they still haven’t installed thermostats that offer that functionality — I ask for updates every few months and i am told should have them in a few months. There were issues with installation that required multiple return trips to fixed detached ductwork in the basement, airflow going to the incorrect floor. A missed “setting” on the unit rendered the A/C ineffective for the entire first summer it was installed. There were higher MERV rating air filters I paid for but the manufacturer later said the system couldn’t accommodate — why would Comfort include those on original quote? I asked for money back, instead they installed UV light filter that worked for less than a year and when notified, Comfort hasn’t offered to fix it or even given me a quote, they just ignore me. They installed a ceiling vent with airflow directed onto an exterior wall (less than a foot away) that created so much temperature contrast that it cracked the plaster. This was a extremely botched sales process (perhaps on me for my own lack of experience) but the companies follow up has been more than disappointing.

After doing some research and getting other quotes I decided to have Comfort Generation LLC install my new heat pump. It was a great choice! Not only do they have the backing and financing of Home Depot but they also use top tier Lennox products. I have been using electric baseboard heat and like so many others I have been dealing with enormous electric bills. (Over $800 last month). The project specialist - Mike - understood this and was able to schedule my job within a week. The heat pump that we had agreed upon was backordered so he substituted a higher level product that was available - at no additional cost! The workman came on time, as scheduled and they worked hard for 3 full days to finish the install. Everything was done professionally and they obviously took pride in their work. I signed the contract on Jan. 7 and they finished on Friday Jan. 20. I called on Monday for some fine tuning with the airflow and they quickly scheduled a tech to come out and check it out. Great company! I would highly recommend them!

I was having a lot of trouble with my thermostat saying it was one temperature, but the actual temperature in the room was 8 to 10° less. I had a number of service people come to my home to try to fix the problem. Finally Brian came to my home. He was accommodating, pleasant, and certainly knew what he was doing, he had to come multiple times I was extremely pleasant about it. He finally fixed my thermostat so that the temperature says is now the temperature in the room and I am extremely pleased. I would use Bryan for my HVAC anytime.

If you have an issue with your HVAC please contact this company ASAP. I own and operate the cutest brick school house in Pottstown. I purchased the building in November the boiler went in the middle of December. I was worried sick. I had a few companies come through and the quotes were ridiculously high AND the sales people couldn't answer my questions. Mike from Comfort Generation was different. He sold me without selling which is a HUGE PLUS for me. He told me what the team was going to do, when they were going to do it and how much it was gonna cost. He met all of my needs in one visit and trust me I am not an easy sell. I spoke with my Financer (Husband) that night. On the day of install Chuck, the owner, and his team came out to ensure that the install went off without a problem. Chuck assured me I would have heat within 5 hours and that is exactly what happened. Because I am a childcare center they also ensured that the water temperature met State standards. They threw in new thermostats and showed me how to operate them. I am so happy I went with this company. Me and this LENNOX system are great together. Thank you Mike, Chuck and Comfort Generation.
