Since moving to the Chesco area we used Boyd for heater service done by Jon and also to install central ac in our home and the installation was superb! Jon and the techs were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous on the install as well as Brandon was great getting the estimate and scheduling done.

Yesterday upon hearing a "noise" from the AC unit I called and they were able to send a technician out the same afternoon who was Dave. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He knew immediately what the problem was and had it fixed within 15-20 minutes explaining it to me as well. We will use Boyd for all of our HVAC services and would definitely recommend them. They are a top notch great company. Reasonable pricing, professional, friendly and knowledgeable technicians and office staff too.

I cannot say enough good things about this group. We've used Boyd's to service our oil burner and replace one of our heat pumps and then just recently they replaced the remaining 4 heat pumps with a nice 4 zone split system. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional when working with me on the estimate. He was flexible when I requested some changes, even later in the process. Jon and the installation crew were here for several days. They took their time and the installation is neat and professional. They were polite and courteous and we didn't mind having them in our home. Jon and crew even finished wiring my breaker box which they did not have to do.

Have used Boyd twice so far: for oil furnace cleaning and a leak repair on my heat pump. The service techs were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Would highly recommend this company.

When it recently got hot out I realized an earlier near miss with a lightening strike took out our AC thermostat as well as other appliances. Called Boyd to make an appointment. One of their techs finished his day early and after a call, came to us. Probably nothing they can promise everyday but we had same day service. Thanks.

A couple yrs ago had mini splits put in our home. Jon (owner) came in with a small crew and had it installed.They were amazing!Any questions we had they answered. Jon and his crew were very polite, on time and clean. Even their office staff is amazing!
Recently, had an small issue with a split , we called the office and within a few minutes we had a call back from a technician as well from Jon. They were able to schedule a time to come in, Jon came in and took a look. Fixed minor issue in no time.
We highly recommend them to install your electric heating system! Amazing owner, crew and office staff!!!!

We had Boyd install a new complete Heat Pump system in our home a few moths ago. They were a pleasure to deal with at all levels. The installers did a fantastic job, were very respectful, and worked clean. Before they left, they took me on a detailed walk of the work that was performed and explained how to properly work and maintain the equipment. The inspector that came through after even commented on how nice of a job was done. Charged a fair honest price and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Noticed water leaking in the basement coming from the a/c system at 3:30 pm on a Friday. ( heat index 100) Called Boyd, they said they could get to me on Monday. 10 minutes later, received a call that a technician had finished a job early and was on his way! This was 4 PM ON A FRIDAY! Drake the tech, could not have been nicer or more professional, fixed the problem in an hour. Thank you Ruth and Drake. Customer service is alive and well at Boyd Heating and Cooling!

I used Boyd for installation of a new heat-pump and air handler. I could not be happier with my experience. The entire process from quoting thru install was high quality and thoughtful. Unlike quotes from competitors, I was never offered a compromise option (like re-using a 30 year old line set). Call Boyd if you value high quality work and want the job done right the first time. The equipment options were all great choices, I got two site visits before the install to make sure there were no surprises, and the workmanship of the install (electrical, duct work, tube forming) were all 1st rate. I especially appreciated the extra effort that went into not opening my finished basement ceiling, and using the same entry point for the line set. My husband and I noticed an awful smell coming from our basement every time our heat turned on last night, so I called Boyd first thing this morning. They had someone out to look at it within 30 minutes, and the issue was resolved less than 45 minutes after that! So thankful for their timely response and quick solution. I can’t recommend them enough!
