I have used All Climate for most of my HVAC issues at my properties over the past year and I couldn't be happier! They show up on time, pricing is fair and the techs are very knowledgeable easy to communicate with.

Bad! It went really bad. I had a warranty on my heating/ air conditioning unit which was less than 1 year old. We had constant problems with it. They came out 3 times to fix it and thats all. In December 2017 it was cold outside and the heater wasn't working again. It was just blowing cold air inside the house. They ignored my calls for help. To this day February 2018 I have never heard back from them. We had to shell out thousands of dollars in January for a brand new unit, just so we wouldn't freeze in our own house. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they tried to get in contact with them with no success. The BBB rated them a D due to my complaint. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

All Climate Heating & Cooling was very responsive in giving a quote, replying to e mails, and answering questions. They showed up on the date/time as scheduled, removed our old heating/ac unit, and efficiently installed a new unit in one day.

My AC went right before a family party I called the all climates number and told the lady what was going on and within 40 minutes they were at my house working on my ac system. They fixed my AC in plenty of time and I haven't had an issue since. The owner Steve is a great guy.

All Climate has completed several jobs for us now. As a property management company, we need quick, professional service and I'm exceptionally pleased with what they have done for us so far and look forward to using them in the future. A+ Thank you!
