I am a property manager and Action plumbing does a lot of work for me at a couple of my properties. I have always found Mario to be extremely responsive, any time of day or night; he is thorough and continually communicates with me as to the status. I never have to guess what’s going on.

Don't walk away...RUN!! Worst experience with a plumber ever! After his $120 service call he wanted $298 "per repair" All I needed was an elbow re soldered and a 2" piece of pipe added to a baseboard heater, plus he wanted another $250 to fill the furnace back up when he was done. So all in all the repair would have cost me $966.00 plus tax for maybe 45 minutes worth of work. When I told him his prices were outrageous I was told by Mario himself that I should "SHUT UP" and not question his charges!! SHUT UP now thats survice!! I couldnt get him out the house fast enough!

I had another company come out this afternoon fix the two small issues, survived and cleaned the furnace and charged me $275.00 out the door Oh and thanked me for the work as he left! I feel bad for the people who don't know any better and let this clown do work for them! I would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy!!

This is the third time we have used Action Plumbing, and would NOT consider ANYONE else! They took the time to do the work RIGHT and were very courteous and patient, answering all questions and explaining what they were doing every step of the way. Did I mention I would not even think about using anyone else? You shouldn't either!

SCAM ARTIST!!! STAY FAR AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! I called this company to unclog a drain in a shower that my mother and father in law were using. I didn't have time to do it and I looked them up via google (my fault for not using my angies list since they have a grade F!) Mario Martucci (the owner) said the call would be $90.00. I said okay and he would be out that day. They arrived when my husband and mother in law were there. He started explaining to my mother in law (which has no clue about plumbing and he knew this) he has a "special plunger" and he would need to snake it out for an additional 139.98!! I get a call from my husband and I thought the $90 included this. I said well he is already there just have him unclog the drain. About 5 minutes later my husband call me again saying he will need to cut pipes to remove the clog and we have all these cracked pipes. I said get him OUT OF THERE NOW!!! I come home to a mess in my shower and it still clogged. I used a shop vac to suck the water out of the drain, then I poured drain cleaner (which is safe on my pipes) and waited overnight. I then finished it with pouring boiling water down the drain and cleared it myself!!! After talking to my mother in law and husband I find out he only had a six foot snake and he was looking at all of our bathrooms and saying all this work needed to be done on them and said a main sewer line (which is a toilet waste line) was cracked and leaking and should be all replaced with brass plumbing!!! I call this guy the next day and he tries to tell me the same thing! He doesn't know I am a chemical engineer that has remodeled many bathrooms and worked on repairing equipment for over 10 years! I told him he is a scammer and should be embarrassed on the poor job he has done, especially being a master plumber! I then look up his licenses to find them expired and on his contract he brings to you has you agreeing not to exercise the rights afforded you by the UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW! No reputable business would have this in a contract! STAY AWAY!!!!

RIP OFF ALERT! This company is a rip off. They charged me $361.77 to replace an elbow in the gas pipe that ran DIRECTLY to my stove. It took the technician 15-20 minutes to do the job. I spend more time arguing about the price. They charged me $90 just to walk through my front door. The sad thing is the guy didn't have to diagnose anything. The gas company already did the diagnostics and put a paper on the pipe saying what needed to be done. I do NOT recommend this company. If you call them for anything be ready to pay $90 right off the bat. The $361.77 he charged me was after the "discounted price"; he took $75.00 off the original price of $436.77. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The guy will look the price to charge you for the job from a book he carries around and will tell you he uses it for all jobs and customers. RIP OFF ALERT!

Mario is the only person we call for our plumbing needs. His responsiveness during an emergency is second to none and he thoroughly explains what caused the problem, how he is going to fix it, and what steps to take to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

Mario is very knowledgeable and reliable. He does a very careful job and understands old houses inside out. He goes out of his way to explain clearly all the steps involved and to keep the customer informed about the progress.

Mario and staff service my commercial real estate with a simple call or text. No fuss service or repeated calls necessary. I highly recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs.
