Matt was the tech who came to see what electrical issues Matt was very pleasant man and was outstanding he went out of his way to figure out the issues I would recommend him to be your electrical person and we will be using them for all our needs from now on

12/10, 5 star all around. I called and left a message Sunday, received a call first thing Monday morning and our clog is cleared by 1pm. Professional, courteous, fast and efficient (not to mention the price is the best around!). We are so happy with the service, we will never call another plumbing company!

Chris D. the service tech arrived on time at our home to install a new garbage disposal unit. He was very friendly and courteous and very careful while worked. He answered any questions I had about the task being performed and worked quickly and carefully.
When the job was completed,. he checked for any leaks and cleaned up the area.
You seem to have cornered the market on good employees.
I see so many young employees constantly on their phones chatting or playing games and they seem to have no work ethic at all.
We have been using Lancaster Plumbing for about 10 years now and have always received prompt courteous service from all your employes at a fair price.
Kevin installed our tankless water heater several years ago and saved us quite a bit of money off the previous 2 estimates for the same unit. He was very honest about what had to be done and saved us approximately $2000.00 from the other 2 estimates.
Andrew also needs to be mentioned here. He has performed most of the heating and cooling maintenance checks at our home and has always done a great job.
Please keep up the good work and reward these good employees for a job well done. They deserve some recognition because it is hard to find good dedicated employees.

Updated April 2019: I called upon Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical to resolve a problem with inaccessible natural gas piping. The techs had incredible patience with me as they gave me options and I struggled with indecision. None of the options were going to be easy but ultimately they helped me make an informed decision and they did awesome work getting it done. The work areas were cleaner after they left than before they arrived. They’ve certainly earned my highest confidence in thorough quality workmanship.

2017 Reviews: Google won't let me leave more than one review, which is unfortunate since this contractor did a number of BIG jobs we wanted done on our new home. They were an amazing find to be able to do my 200 amp service upgrade, furnace replacement, duct cleaning, and addition of central air - all at a very competitive rate, done promptly, and done on time. Add to that, meeting all city permit requirements certainly required above average professionals for a set of jobs this big done all on the same permit. The Lancaster Plumbing HVAC & Electrical teams that worked on my home were amazing. They worked great as cohesive teams and each one was willing to take the time to answer my questions along the way. They completed the work on schedule and made sure each time that everything was clean before they left. When the city found a couple of very minor items after the projects were done, they came back promptly to make it meet the inspector's wishes. The next visit by the inspector only took a couple minutes and was approved without comment. I'm extremely pleased at the quality of their work and how well they followed through even after collecting the final payment for the jobs. I'm happy to say Lancaster Plumbing HVAC & Electrical was a very wise choice for all of the work I needed done on my home.

Chris D. and J.G did an excellent job with the installation of our new water softener system. They were professional and experienced throughout the entire install. Chris even installed a main water shut off valve and even replaced a water valve for the toilet. It clearly shows they go the extra mile to even help with the littlest things. Doing business with LPH is always a smooth and seamless experience. I highly recommend LPH for all your plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling needs.

Ryan is awesome. He was very knowledgeable and solved a major electrical issue that could have had a very negative outcome. He was detailed-oriented, answered all of our questions, and the love for his trade showed through in his work ethic.

Our HVAC kept tripping the breaker. Jason came over to check it out, figured out the issue and replaced the breaker. Everything works perfectly. Thank you
