We had our yearly electrical system check and Jason did a wonderful job of looking at everything and explaining things to me. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was respectful and courteous! It is worth paying for their maintenance service! We get priority service and everyone we have dealt with is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Their employees were professional, honest and knowledgeable about what the problems were that needed to be fixed and gave advice and recommendations on what corrective actions were needed.

Contacted Lancaster P, H, C, E to diagnose a problem with our HVAC system zoning. The service technician came the same day, successfully diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor actuated zone damper, requiring replacement of the motor. We received a quote from the technician prior to his departure......and we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the Lancaster P, H, C, E services.

I am excited to continue using Lancaster Plumbing and Heating for my HVAC maintenance! The tech that I had, Cayden, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I knew everything I needed to know about the state and maintenance of my heating system.
