Drew came out for a quote and was the picture of professionalism and expertise. We also had another pro check out the sewer line for a home we were considering, and he was excellent as well. We learned so much about these systems and their care. Lancaster Plumbing is our go-to for our home maintenance needs and we can't recommend them enough.

Ben and Colton did a fantastic job yesterday installing our new heat pump! They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation only took half of the day. They left our home in spotless condition.

My technician, Robert, arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. We had a very sorry and old toilet that needed replaced. The replacement was clean and professionally done. We were so impressed with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with as well as the technical knowledge they provide us every time they are out! Would absolutely recommend to my family and friends!

Josh was an exceptional and very experienced plumber who was relentless in his diagnosis of our water leak problem and he had the expertise to fix our problem. My boiler heating system stopped working just after the temperature started to drop for the season. We were without heat and unable to shower. I called Lancaster plumbing and heating for help and despite high demand they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. When the part was not available till a few days later the operator arranged to have a technician deliver space heaters until heat was functional. She was very polite and kind, as was the technician who repaired the heating system. They let you know when they'll be arriving and provide a picture of the employee who will be helping you for verification. Great communication and very helpful!

Chris came home at the time that was promised and he performed the service with a smile. I am very happy with the company and I hope to continue having work done by them in the future.

Had them replace baseboard heaters after pipes froze. Techs did outstanding work and everyone at company were professional to deal with. Will use them again in the future.
