I needed a new sewer stack pipe and the team at LPH really came to my rescue. They gave me an estimate very quickly and then had me scheduled that next week. The crew was very friendly, courteous and the job was done very very quickly. They cleaned up everything and it looks very nice. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing or heating needs, the scheduling staff is so pleasant to work with when you need someone to come out.

We contracted with Lancaster Plumbing and Heating (LPH) and couldn't be more satisfied. We had quotes from 5 contractors and while LPH was slightly more expensive , they also provided a detailed explanation of what their provided services included. I had done research on what a new AC/Furnace install should include and LPH was the only contractor that addressed all issues. Other contractors when asked about refrigerant lines, condensation pumps, and more would say they could do it at an additional charge. This made LPH's pricing comparable. From the initial meeting to the install, all LPH personnel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. Drew was our first contact and was a pleasure to deal with. He fully explained all issues with the AC and Furnace and answered all our questions. The office personnel were also very professional and were very responsive to our requests. Rick came out to do the measurements and verify what was needed and again very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He then arranged for a timely date for install. The install team of Jaden and Austin arrived timely on the install date and again very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. All questions were answered, Jaden explained the features of the units and gave instructions on just how to operate and maintain. Again I want to stress how professional and knowledgeable all these guys were. I would highly recommend LPH for anyone looking for new HVAC equipment.

We had a drain leak that affected our ceiling in the week between Christmas and New Years - a crazy week to find workers. We were super happy that Lancaster Plumbing was easy to contact and super responsive. Our plumber was super, very professional, and respectful of our home. He worked quickly and left our home clean. We feel the service was very reasonably priced and we highly recommend them!!

Lancaster Heating and Plumbing was at my house replacing my down Sump pump within 24 hours. Also provided me with so other needed info. I have always gotten good quality service from them.

This was our 1st annual maintenance event with LPH. The guys were excellent! On time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and what they found to repair. The quoted prices for repairs, were reasonable. I highly recommend this company and am glad I switched to LPH from a national service that was much more expensive. Highly recommend LPH!
