I have used Lancaster Plumbing and Heating for quite awhile. As usual from customer service to the technician everyone is so pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The technician that was here today, Cayden, is totally amazing. This is not the first time he has been to my home for service, and I cannot say enough good about him. He is always courteous, friendly and professional. He also makes sure I understand everything he did and if it’s something new installed he makes sure I understand how to use it. I will never us anyone else! This is the way a business should be run!!

They came to give us an estimate for a new furnace and hot water heater. This company is very efficient, polite and professional. They communicated with me through out the entire process. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Christy and Shane

In the process of moving in, my heat wasn’t running and the electric keep shutting. Found out the two systems weren’t “talking” and ended up needed two new thermostats. Cayden and Austin were very helpful and got things working so we could have heat in the house for the move in. Thanks for a job well done!!

Drew was nice, helpful and informative. He arrived promptly and quickly found the problem with our A/C unit. It was fixed within an hour. We are very satisfied.

We have a service agreement with LPH&E. Today was part of our contractual agreement. There was nothing the matter with our COMPLETE system. The check up was one of not the most through system I have ever had. Ryan S., our tech, went through everything. he did not try to sell just went about his job pointed out possible upgrades including two of our smoke detectors that are on the way out next year and should be changed out. We will do this. He went top to bottom including the outside delivery wiring. Tremendous job. Great company. Thanks LPH&E

Had GFI receptacle die at supper time. They had electricians available the following morning. They were prompt, courteous and explained all my options. Signed up service partner plan immediately. Truly outstanding service.
