The whole process from initial call to completed job was very smooth and easy. Everyone was very friendly and they were able to get us a same day appointment. Our tech Andrew was very thorough and knowledgeable and got us back up and going very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too. We were very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend!

LP&H always helps me out when I’m a bind! Trying to do some small DIY projects in a new home and I kept tripping the fuse. Called the next day and they had someone out to the house to take a look (and repair) within a couple of hours. The technician was professional, explained to me what he found and how he could repair. As a member, I rely on LP&H to keep my systems running and they never disappoint - big or small jobs, they treat them all the same. 10/10 would recommend!

Moved water heater to garage, change electric outlets and some plumbing/wiring to move the water heater. Josh, Nick, and Tyler were great with making changes and were completely knowledgeable. Josh came up with a plan to move our water heater and it was excellent. Thank you very much for helping us with our situation and doing a great job.
Additionally, Matt and Cole (electric side) fantastic electricians and did a great job for us as well. We cannot thank you all enough, nicest guys we've ever had the pleasure of working with. You won't go wrong choosing this company!

Had our water heater replaced. They were able to come out and install a new one same day. Kevin did a fantastic job.

UPDATE:

After the good experience I had with Jason, a completely unrelated issue appeared. On Easter Sunday, James, one of their master plumbers came out and worked for several hours to resolve the backup. He was successful in buying us some time until we could get the larger problem resolved.

We since had other Lancaster Plumbing service technicians in the house. Dave was the lead, but all have demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and concern for resolving the problem.

Highly recommended! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Had an excellent service experience with Jason from Lancaster Plumbing. He came out as part of the service plan to inspect the plumbing in the house. We talked about a minor problem and he was able to resolve it same day (even with a challenging replacement part). Very professional, on time and cost was reasonable.

I was surprised by how quickly someone was able to get out to my house when the AC stopped blowing cold air in July. The technician, Ryan, was great in walking me through all of the options and explaining not just what he was doing, but how the system worked.

We needed an electrician and I was able to book for the following day. The service by the electrician, Ryan, was great and he repaired my bathroom exhaust fan in no time.

Extremely satisfied with purchase and installation(s). Everything was on schedule with a very professional and dedicated office staff, sales and installation crews.
