The the gentleman that installed my water heater today we're very professional very respectful of my home they were amazing they provided very good service when the work was done they clean up the mess you would never know that they were in my home at all they explained everything concerning the new hot water tank I would recommend their service to anyone who need it work done I would give them five stars provider was very knowledgeable very respectful he answered all my questions he explained the difference between the hot water heaters the pros and cons he explained what work has to be done at about how long it would take to do it and he wanted to know if I had any questions which I didn't because he explained everything thorough it was a great experience

My first experience was when our old AC and furnace needed to be replaced completely - this was back in 2019. The process was super easy and everything was very quick and efficient. The techs were super friendly and did not stop at all until the job was finished.

I now use the monthly plan and it’s really awesome. I can communicate via text and set up all my appointments, receive reminders on what’s due next, and they even send you tracking info and a picture of when the tech will arrive. For someone like me, who never remembers to schedule any preventative maintenance, it’s really awesome.

The back office staff/call center are also super friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience with this company, and would recommend them to anyone.

Sewer pipe backed up in the house. Called Lancaster plumbing after hours. They called back and with in two days new sewer line installed. Explained everything showed me the wear on our main sewer pipe which was old school cast iron 100 plus years old. Couldn't ask for a better group to install our line. Also they were so thoughtful on everything. Big shout outs too Chris, Dave,Bill And Cody the excavator. This was the team that put in the work. Thanks guys and Lancaster plumbing!!!

I had an electrical inspection done and also replaced my smoke detectors. The technician Matt was very helpful and a good listener. He arrived on time and was very professional in his duties; explaining the operation of the new detectors, and going over any future electrical considerations.

Ryan S was very professional and courteous. He explained the recommendations in full detail. He is very knowledgeable in his profession.

Had new outlet installed in basement. Entire experience from booking the appointment through the installation was super easy and positive. The installer Jason arrived on time and was thorough in explaining the process and options. I would definitely use this company again.

Review Update March 2023...needed replacement garbage disposal. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Chris and Mason did an excellent job in installing the new unit. Very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this company.
