Late on a Saturday evening, and on a very cold one at that, my furnace went into lock out mode. Not knowing who to call I randomly chose Vrobel's in the yellow pages and hoped for the best. WOW, I was both impressed and amazed at the quick response I got. My furnace was up and running within an hour and a half. Had my furnace not needed a special part, that required the technician to run to the office, it wouldn't have taken that long. Thank you so much Shane Rossey for your quick response and knowledge to get my furnace running again. When I need any further assistance or know anyone else who does I will proudly refer them to you.
