I had the pleasure of working with Eddie from air professionals. Fantastic gentleman, was completely okay with my beagle acting as a foreman for the project. He identified the issue quickly, did not overcharge for the services provided. He went above and beyond his tasks and helped clean up some of the wiring as well as helped clean out my furnace. I woke up this morning with no heat and called Air Professionals.
I used them once before and they were fantastic. Today their technician "Eddie" took the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps and saved me the expense of an emergency Saturday call. Thank you Eddie!

Air Professionals was recommended to me by their service tech Kelly, and I couldn't be any more thankful for them. Chris and Karl installed two outdoor units, and ran new ductwork for both floors for my house built in 1900. They then installed a mini split for an ancillary building. These two technicians are incredibly kind, work with the home owner, explain thoroughly, are efficient and professional. They are absolute assets to Air Professionals.

Heat went out on a Goodman furnace over the weekend, called Air Professionals Monday am, they had a service tech at the house in 30 minutes (Andy), who quickly diagnosed the problem which was a failed blower. He was able to get a replacement part and be back at the house in less than 45 min to replace the part. He had the furnace up and running in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable - great service and good value.

We just contracted with Air Professionals to install air conditioning in our lower level, like literally just sent the contract and deposit, and our upper level air conditioning stopped working. Murphy's Law! I called at 4:30 and they sent someone right out, and within an hour, we were back to chillin. We're very impressed with this company! Service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the issue right away.

I had a complete HVAC system replacement with an upgrade to a heat pump done today. From the first interactions with Frank to the team that installed, everyone was super nice, professional and I can’t give them a high enough rating. The rates were really great too. I’m in shock that they were able to complete in 1 day. They had a large team at my house by 730. Highly recommend!!

Brad and his team were terrific. They installed the furnace had to redo the vents and left the house like they were never there. Great value.. I always recommend Air Professionals to family and clients. Frank you have a great operation.

Andrew came in and fixed my furnace and installed a new thermostat in my office. They also installed a new furnace in my home last year. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I only call them when I need HVAC help!.

The tech was extremely professional, quick and knowledgeable. I am confident in the service which was a relief as I’m new to the area and have no idea which businesses are reliable. He even answered some additional questions that I had that didn’t apply to the work performed and I KNOW he had a busy day. I am so glad I found my go to HVAC people.
