Chase did an amazing job of locating the problem in my vent. He went well beyond the problem to clean the area & resolve the issue. He also took time to explain ways to prevent a reoccurrence.

Installed dehumidifier in basement, which is difficult to access. Chase know exactly how to install. He did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards.

He is pleasant and respectful, and I felt very comfortable around him.

I woke up this morning to a broken A/C unit. I called One Hour at 9 AM, and the technician was at my house by 1 PM. He quickly assessed my problem and repaired my unit on the spot. I could not be more satisfied. I received excellent service today.

For the final AC install of 04/04/23 I want to recognize apprentice Cole for being the star of customer communication and engagement for both days of installation. Cole was friendly, polite, respectful, and the person who stepped forward with customer engagement, information, etc, He is the person who reached out. I think he will be an asset to your company.

One Hour did a great job doing annual maintenance on my furnace. Technician Chris explained what he was doing and he arrived on time. Thank you Chris.
