One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Pittsburgh

I get the feeling that some phone people don't like their job and kinda is negative.

Matt was very through and professional. He kept us updated on what he was looking for, the reason why and the results.

Have been using One Hour Heating for years.Had couple of furnaces installed over the years and a central air-conditioning system installed. They're Professional technicians are efficient,and knowledgeable.
I recently had a appointment with Aaron Shreve,who is their comfort advisor.He was very punctual,
knowledgeable ,and professional. Looking forward to doing business with them in the very near future.

I am only giving the 4 stars because of the technician that helped us. Wednesday Morning, I called and advised what was happening with the furnace and the steps I took (changed the batteries in the thermostat) and that my home was not staying warm. It was 39 degrees out and I was advised someone could not come until Friday (2 days later?!?!?!) at about 4 pm the house started to get even colder as the sun was setting. I called the afterhours service to have the technician come that day. The technician that came to my home was great. I just should not have had to call twice to get someone same day when my heat was not working.

Matt did a great job. Was on time and friendly.He answered any questions I had.Good Job.

The technician “ Sam “ was very good. While checking everything he explained what he was doing.

Chase was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in no time and was courteous and polite

Got numerous calls to make sure I understood all that was going on, explained and sent some pictures- as I(owner)was unable to be on premises at the time but renter was there. Very thorough! He was exceptional

Issac Blum did an outstanding job of performing annual maintenance on my heating system. He was very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. I give him an A+.
