They were very fast and kind they even came back to insure the job was done right

The only time they are going to show up or answer your call or get back to you, is the time that they are going to get their payment. They don’t show up more than two weeks for a job that they are promising more than 3 weeks. They tell you they are going to call you back in a minute, but never do. I m stuck in my business just because they don’t show up. They don’t tell you that they cannot do the job and you believe them and don’t make any other arrangements. And they leave you alone. I know this post is not going to effect their business 1% but I wanted to share my experience. Never ever refer them to anyone but if someone asks me about an ac guy, I will tell them to stay away from this company.

Terra Group HVAC did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied with the work they did replacing our heating system in the house. Reasonable prices and a great customer service. I would strongly recommend them if you need any HVAC services. Great job, guys!

We have been having some issues with our old HVAC unit at the house. Called Terra Group and scheduled an appointment. They were prompt and right on time. The technician inspected the unit, pointed put that our system is old and not performing well. We knew and were prepared for this since the HVAC unit was about 15 years old. They advised us about some of the new models that are more energy efficient and we decided to do a full system replacement, including a new NEST thermostat which is amazing. We are very happy with the performance of the new unit, the professionalism of the technicians that did the job, they were very considerate about the COVID pandemic and they were wearing a mask the entire time. Our gas and electric bill looks much better after this installation. Fast, easy, affordable and extremely professional. Thank you the entire Terra Group for making this a sweet and hassle free experience.

Terra Group HVAC just replaced heating system in the house. They went over all the options available, recommended the most suitable unit, and offered the best price for the job. Extremely happy with their service! I would recommend them to anyone.

This past summer, on one of the hottest days, my AC broke down. Called a bunch of HVAC places, but Terra Group was the first one to get back to me (thank god because it was one of the hottest weeks of the year). They immediately came out to assess the damage, not only they checked out the AC issue, they also noticed that our heater furnace was very old (which it was about 12 yo), and suggested that they could replace that too and gave us a bundle deal discount. We’ve never felt pressured to go with their services, but at the end of the day it was clear that we were getting a great deal. Our new furnace and AC unit was literally installed the next DAY!!! I was amazed at the speed of their service. Again this was happening during summer time and I was afraid that we were going to melt under that heat with no working AC. We couldn’t be more thankful to the Terra Group team for coming out and taking care of our issue! Deff would recommend these guys to anyone who needs HVAC services.

I had my furnace replaced and AC installed. This company was incredibly quick. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions. I’m very happy with the new equipment in my home.

Extremely happy I have chosen Terra to install a new unit in my house. Not only they went over all of the options for me to match best my requirements for the the size and the price but combined it with humidifier build-in option that changed the quality of my dry air. 10 out of 10 !
