Your tech, Patrick, came out the same day we called and explained all the equipment that was involved. He also has stayed in touch and came out when we thought there was a problem. Kevin also went beyond to get us the units we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company, not the cheapest but as far as I am concerned, the best. Raymond Albert

The owner came out and checked our duct workin our house. He is very courteous, nice, and professional, and he is very experienced. Right off the bat, he told me the issue is mostly caused by the size of the ductwork, so I have limited air going into the second floor. He gave me couple proposals as a reasonable prices.

Our 65 year old furnace in the house we just purchased caught fire one early morning, but we were able to catch it before it was a big deal and only the furnace was ruined. We reached out to another company, and they were rude and didn't care that we were freezing in the middle of December. Dilling was the second company I tried and right from the start they were super fast, communicated so well, and showed actual concern for our well being. They were busy, but squeezed us in as soon as they could. We had some less efficient heating methods, so we weren't as seriously in need as some others, but we were still made to feel like we were a priority for them.
The other company assumed we wanted a replacement and quoted us for that without even asking what we wanted. At Dilling, they listened to our situation and agreed that due to our solar panels, electric was probably our best bet. They also discovered our two ac units were 45 and 38 years old, and they let us know they were going to need replaced soon as well, so we decided to have the whole heating and ac system done at once. They went the extra mile and did extra work for us in fixing ducts and removing the baseboard heater and old furnace as well, and their workers were absolutely polite and respectful through the whole process.
How you treat a customer says a lot about a company, and I'm always willing to pay more when a company treats me so well, but the cost at Dilling is also reasonable. I will forever be a customer, and I highly recommend them.

Ben was excellent and extremely honest. We are currently without heat and our furnace is 21 years old. He was excellent about answering all of our questions evaluating our options for repair costs versus replacement. We were aware for the past two years that the furnace was nearing the end of life and are looking forward to discussing our options for replacement.
We opted to have a new furnace installed. They ordered the unit Friday and we were back up and running the following Wednesday. Mike, Matt and Trey did a fantastic job and Ben stopped back in at the end to go over it all with them.
Dilling was prompt, upfront and a pleasure to deal with. I anticipate giving them all of our business going forward and highly recommend them.
