Never never ever again will I deal with this company take my advise and stay away. This is what happen , Our air conditioning went the guy came to fix it he was already a day late after calling throughout the day he finally showed up he said it had to be charged everything else was good no leaks and everything looked good at first he wanted 500 dollars this was for a single unit mini split I told him forget it and told him I would contact another company suddenly his price dropped to 170 I should have known better he seemed to be making up his own price list ,my mistake , but told him go ahead and service it he told me it would be cold . He charged it and told me it would take a couple hours for everything to kick in and left , well nothing kicked in and it's warm as hell I called the company and got the tech he promised me he would be out next day early in morning. I really believe this guy had no clue what he was doing my fault for trusting this company. What a nightmare tech showed up and still didn’t fix the issue

Ed and his team at Dilling went not only above and beyond but were extremely friendly and understanding to my situation. I had a contractor completely mess up my previous setup and instead of just throwing their hands up and refusing to work on it, like other companies did, they gave me a very fair and generous quote to completely repair the job. I can’t thank them enough and praise their service! I would recommend them to everyone who needs their HVAC taken care of! 100/10

We had Technician Ben come and do a tune up on our heating system (gas boiler) and he was excellent! He explained in depth exactly what was needed for repairs and gave various options so we could chose what worked best for our families budget. He took his time and answered all questions, was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ben!

Hector was called to my home to rescue one of my cats who became lodged in my ductwork. He was so kind, helpful, and was one of the nicest people ever to come to my home for a service. The entire experience was A1. Im even going to get an estimate for replacement of HVAC unit when time. He even guided me along with time period to begin that process. I could not recommend him enough. The receptionist even called the following day to make sure we were in the clear. Rare these days. Thank you, it's a comfort to know that good service is still around these days.

The team from Dilling Heating and Air installed a mini split system in our 1920’s home and we could not be happier! Everyone we met were very professional and answered all questions during the process. There was some small hiccups during the process that arose that were then resolved in a very timely fashion by the team of guys we dealt with. Would like to thank the team of Kevin,John,Pat and Mike for there hard work and determination as well as excellent service to provide a mini split system to our old home. Can’t wait to work with them in the future and would highly recommend!

We had an urgent issue with our HVAC duct system that needed repair asap- I called Dilling and they were able to send someone out next day. Dilling was super communicative & gathered all of the details to ensure they sent the appropriate technician and would be able to get the work done same day. We are so lucky that Ben was the technician sent out to us. He went above and beyond in his work replacing our vent/duct system and really saved us. We are so grateful for him! And would recommend Dilling Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area who needs HVAC/Duct work!

Dontae, the lead Service Tech, came to service our air conditioner. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and what he could do to fix it. He discussed the problem with our system and all of our options. We were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding.

Recently engaged Dilling through their web chat service after growing disenchanted with another vendor we had used for many years. The Dilling office was quick to respond and to schedule a service call. I was kept apprised of the service date and provided a link for near real time location tracking once the tech headed our way. Once on site, work was efficient in assessing our two zone system. One is fine, one needs some work, which was pretty much what I expected. Will be scheduling the repair work at earliest opportunity. Thora and Ben have taken a good first step in gaining a long term customer. Based on this admittedly brief experience, I would recommend for this type of work. Will update after the next phase.
