I was pleased that I could be scheduled so quickly. Thora was incredibly understanding of my circumstance having recently had knee replacement. My issue involved a gas fireplace with a pilot light that went out for no reason that I could figure out. Hector was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and very pleasant to work with. He resolved my problem and will order the part needed. I look forward to working with this company again.

Dilling Heating & Cooling was the best all-around choice for us. We needed to get a new heating and AC system and wanted to go the Heat Pump route (Oil prices are insane). After doing the research and getting bids Dilling went over the technology and installation in the most thorough and thoughtful way.

Greg Bachmann, their sales rep, explained everything well and wasn't the pushy type. Both Greg and Dilling's top installer viewed our house and gave us all the options. Other installers mostly gave us the "cheap route bid" or didn't really know about how heat pumps work, thinking they're just AC units that do heating too. They didn't know their stuff.

Dilling was very professional, clean in their work and just all around good guys. They do it the right way.

With my thermostat. They couldn’t come out in person and I’m too far for them to come on a weekday, but they talked my brother and me through a lot over the phone. If I lived in his service area, I would definitely be using this company!

After a disappointing experience with another vendor's "service contract" I gave Dilling a call during a 100 degree extinction level event heat wave with a complete system failure. They came within 24 hours, when they said they would, and fixed the problem while answering every question thoroughly and professionally. Wonderful service, and the interaction will easily lead to positive recommendations and new business. Great job, Andrew.

Ben came to my home today. Checked different things to be able to tell me why my heater wasn't working correctly. He explained what the part did that wasn't working. Sadly my system is to old they don't carry the part on the truck and had to order it. He assured me that once it comes in they will call with a time frame. I'm very happy with the service I received He was fabulous.

Dilling Heating & Cooling, is by far the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They are responsive, professional, on time, and best part they explain everything that is wrong with your HVAC system and not just give you a quote. Greg and Hector made the process so effortless, same day appointment, and my AC & Hot Water Issues were repaired the following day. Best thing was I didn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for parts!

Mike our plumber was unbelievably professional, courteous, and very thorough helping us install a whole new home water softener system. We called the office initially and Thora was as courteous and friendly talking to us and working with us. The entire experience dealing with everyone was top notch - when Thora told me “serving with pride since 1955” I can see why! I was very proud of having them doing work, and we will definitely have them back to help us with our HVAC maintenance and any other plumbing needs. Very hard to find the combination of courtesy, professionalism and good work with a smile. Dilling came through for us !
