Very nice guy. This is the 2nd time we have used Gregg's and he came through both times. He helped us clean out our A.C. unit, tested and recharged our Freon due to a very small leak we likely have. He never pushed for us to purchase a whole new unit either! He also went over some furnace questions and gave us knowledge while he was there. Thank you! Nick & Angelina

My furnace stopped working (conveniently in the middle of winter) and Greg was flexible with my work schedule both days (took a day to get the part). The previous company I tried to call told me 4pm was too late to come out to look at it, which is extremely troublesome considering I have a two year old son. He was quick and professional, and very personable! Will definitely be calling him for HVAC matters in the future. Thank you!

Gregg's Heating saved the day. We were quoted over 2900 dollars from Gillece... They said that we had a leak, needed refrigerant, and had to have our inside and outside coils acid cleaned. Gillece strung me along for 3 days until finally I was fed up and found Gregg's Heating. He came first thing in the morning... took a look at my unit and fixed it using nothing more than a garden hose and a drill to access the coils. Gregg's Heating is an honest and straight forward business that does exactly the job you need at very reasonable pricing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Gregg's Heating & Cooling Company is positive. I first used this company a few years ago as a second opinion when a service man told me I need a new furnace. Gregg's Heating fixed the furnace and now I make sure that they are the only ones I call every year for the furnace checkup. I have found them to be honest, reliable, prompt on service calls, and highly unlikely to overcharge for items.
I hope they will be around for a long time. They are the ONLY company I would ever consider using for heating problems. Once you find a company you can trust and who are reliable, you praise them to everyone within earshot (or eye shot).

Gregg's Heating & Cooling is the best HVAC company in Pittsburgh. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and courteous. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. When they repair something, it is done right the first time. I've tried other companies in emergencies, and regretted that decision. Gregg's has saved me hundreds of dollars over other HVAC repair service companies. I'm a Gregg's customer for life.

Very positive experience. Our Air conditioner went out on a hot Sunday morning. Called Greggs at 10AM. He was here by noon and we were up and running again at 1. Quite happy. Excellent, prompt, clean, polite service..

Submitted claim with our Warranty company they disnatched this company. Guy came said our furnace needed a new motor we got it running again. Said he would be back on Monday to replace. 2 weeks with no call numerous attempts. Warranty company got ahold of him he text me saying he had part and would be out Thursday. Never came never showed. Called to ask why he blew me off after I came home from work and my house was 28 degrees and he was stuttering and was like I'll be out in the morning. We will see if he shows.

Greg came promptly today, on the snowiest day of the year when Miller heating said the roads were too bad . he had the part on his truck and was done lickety split!!! Thank you very much. AND the price was right. No absorbanent emergency call charge!!!!!

Fabulous team - honest, competent, thoughtful, fast, and extremely reasonable. I will not call anyone but Gregg again for HVAC work.

Professional guys! They provided same day service to my business and had it fixed in 5 minutes. They could of charged me the full service fee but due to simplicity they gave a discount. I highly recommend.
