I visited this store a few days ago. I'm a complete Amateur and had no heat upstairs due to a broken flex duct. Staff were patient and got me all the parts I needed. I was easily able to fix my problem and now have heat again upstairs. Couldn't imagine how much money this saved me doing it myself.

The fan capacitor died in our heat pump. Most of the local places I called generically won’t sell HVAC supplies to the public. Amazon wanted three days for shipping. Riley had a capacitor in stock for a competitive price. I’m sure there’s limits on what they sell to the public, but they sold me the capacitor without issue. Very much appreciated!

I love that this place was open on Saturday morning. My AC went out in August and I had to replace a capacitor on the blower motor. They had it for less that two dollars when any other store was charging at least 8. Sally was very friendly and helpful.

Tons of supply aimed at fixing HVAC. They sell to the public and take credit cards. Had to get a capacitor on a Memorial Day weekend and they were open!
