Takes little time for the first availability in contact (3+ days), but you can ask them to visit early if they are available. Our case, our visit was one day before the original appointment. The service was appropriate and solve our HVAC issue in a day. There is a service fee in addition to the repair fee, but it was acceptable range.

Just had semiannual maintenance performed on my furnace The service tech, Eric, clearly explained all my questions and offered useful advice. I am very pleased with the service I received now and in the past.

We had Jack Lehr install a new heat pump and air handler about 3 years ago. They did a great job and we use them every year to maintain our system. Jose showed up today and conducted our PMI. Another great employee with expert knowledge and pizazz!

The technician called back after 15 minutes. He said he’d be here within 3 to 4 hours it was less. Jack Lehr was so easy to work with when we decided to get a generator. Their electricians are extremely professional, friendly, and very qualified. They are neat and conscientious. They also worked well with the propane company doing the propane hook up to the generator. Customer service was also very helpful along the way with any questions I had. Everything went exactly as planned - or better! I highly recommend them if you want to get a generator.
