Hannabery HVAC

Always can rely on Hannaberry to check twice a year. Techs are very helpful, friendly and keep our heat pump in good working order. Nice to know we will have heat and air conditioning when we need it.

Purchased both a brand new filtration system and UV air scrubber. Hannabery was very professional, responsive, and affordable. Plus the peace of mind that the UV scrubber is giving me and my family is worth every penny.

The gentleman who came out was polite, professional and gave me a qualified estimate that was $200 less than a few other estimates I received, so I decided to go with Hannebery. Unfortunately, after two calls, a text and an email to the guy, with a basic question about financing which I would have worked around in any case, I never heard back from anyone! I don't want to use the salesman's name because I notice the owner is vigilant about his company's image in social media (which is admirable), but I had no emergency and would have waited for the installation since my Trane unit worked fine, but was 27 years old, and yet still no call back from Hannebery. I guess they don't need new residential customers.

The repair man was very helpful and he took the time to explain everything to me so I could decide what to do

Technician was prompt, courteous, put on booties and wore a mask. Introduced himself and promptly began his job. When job was completed, he told us what he did and left our home after readjusting the thermostat for our use.

Always send great guys who are on time and polite. They always wear covers on their shoes and seem to do a great job. I have never had an issue of any kind.

Hannabery was very responsive and accommodating, especially given how busy they were. Their technicians were professional and cared about doing a good job.

My HVAC "outflow tube" outside got clogged and water backed up into my basement. Shaun K. came in less than an hour after I called and fixed it immediately. Kudos Hannabery. What a great employee!

Got a new heat pump and air handler. Hannabery was easy to deal with, competitive in pricing and clean, prompt and responsive with the installation. All in all a good experience.
