apgar oil takes care of my parents furnace in PA. I live in CT. It seems that every time i visit something is up with very old furnace. i have gotten on a first name basis with Lee and he is wonderful. Comes out, (of course its on a weekend), and gets the job done. When i am not there, all i have to do is call and they take care of everything. It has taken the worry out of knowing they will have heat and hot water. THANK YOU APGAR!!

Ran out of oil and called to get an emergency fill this afternoon - I was told someone would be out shortly and they would call back. After Two hours, no call- my husband called their office again to check, we were again told that a truck would be out after their current service call. Two more hours- no truck....we called again, after being given the run around for 15minutes, we were THEN informed, we were originally lied to. No one was coming to deliver fuel and no one would be available to come until Monday- two days no heat because they lied. Had we been told no one was in the FIRST time, we may have been able to reach another company. Now it's almost 9pm, and we have no options but to freeze till Monday now! Outrageous!

Apgar removed the oil tank from my home. They were professional, clean and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

In an emergency situation, our oil provider stepped in with expertise. They worked with excellence. Made space in a schedule. And addressed our problem well.

Tried to call to get service on my heater. Was given the run around, out on hold, told they couldn't come out because I didn't have an account with them and then they hung up on me. What horrible customer service to someone trying to patronize your business!

Lee was the technician that did a wonderful job fixing my parents furnace. the water is hot and they dont understand that the furnace is running more efficiently now. Thanks Apgar.
