Rundle HVAC

The gentleman was very rude, and told my husband that people who have disabilities should wear a sign on their heads... He also got upset at my husband because my husband mentioned that a new AC would cost about $7000. Mr Ruddle jumped my husband and said how do you know how much it costs, my husband said he looked it up online... Mr. Ruddle was upset and started saying I'm not going to put in a unit that you bought from China, are you going to install it yourself? My husband said no I was just looking at the price... Mr Ruddle continued to lecture my husband... FYI Home depot will be here on Wednesday... Can't deal with this kind of person...

I paid Mr Rundle $600 to service and repair my furnace. The furnace was making a loud poof sound and he said that was probably because the furnace was in the attic. When winter came the furnace was making a loud boom when it turned on and then it stopped working all together. I called a different service and I was told nothing had been done to service my furnace for a very long time. Mr Rundle had been urging me to have him install a new furnace so I guess that's what was really going on. I had to pay another service to do what he said he had done (for a lot less money). They said many of the things Mr Rundle had told me were not true. Now it works fine.

We are always very happy with Rundle HVAC! Dave is always kind and does a great job! Very knowledgeable and explains things in a way I can understand them.
