Absolutely recommend 100%. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and professional. All my favorite things. We got a bid from someone else and not only was Richner less spendy, they were also faster. A++!

I called this place 3 times and left two voicemails over a period of 8 business days. I understand being busy to the point of not taking any more new clients, however, not returning potential customer calls that are clearly understandable with a phone number, is not polite nor good business practice. Two good business practices are an automatic message saying how booked out you are or unable to take new clients, and the other is a returned call briefly saying you are too busy for more work at this time. This is the right thing to do! My 3rd call was 8 days later, during business hours and received a busy signal for over twenty minutes up until they closed for the day. Going somewhere else with my business/money.

Dave checked our HVAC unit. He was quick in getting parts that were needed, always quick to return phone calls. He was very professional and great to work with! Thank you for your great work!

We came home today and our ac had gone out over the weekend. I called Richner heating and air conditioning a couple of hours ago. He called back and came to our house after another job. We already have our ac back on !! He’s amazing! Will highly recommend them from now on!

We had Richner Heating & Air Condition service twice. The first service call, I was impressed with their being on time, they pin pointed the problem in seconds & the service charge was reasonable.
We needed their service again for a different problem---same great service!
They definitely know their business and care about the customer.
