Portable A/C was acting up and Mike was very helpful. He replied promptly to the request, advised up front that those units could be tricky to service, but was more than happy to take a look. Mike contacted again the day of and arrived in the time frame provided. He was very friendly and professional, looked over and cleaned all the components that were accessible. I greatly appreciated his knowledge and professionalism!!
