my furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. called these guys and told hem that i was poor and just needed a part and and he told me to send him the part #. i did. no reply. sent another email the next day. he wrote back that he was too busy. i know i am small fish, but he could have told me to my face on the phone, and not led me on. and then ignored me. not the way to do business and get referrals. go elsewhere

We have had Mr. Westermann work on our furnace and air conditioner for years. He has always done an excellent job, dependable with great integrity in his work and pricing. Someone I would fully recommend.

Tried to do business with this guy, texted him with questions and estimates, rude answers right away, not a good person, not a professional. Stay away from this guy.
