From my first phone call asking for an estimate to the time that work was comleted with our heat pump installation and Shawn drove away, my experience with All Coast was nothing but positive. The office stayed in touch with me the whole time, answering questions and letting me know when Shawn would be there. Shawn himself was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgable. Installing two units in our house went smoothly for Shawn, even with some architectural challenges (it's a strangely built house, to say the least). The volume of work was rather large so it had to be split into two days, but Shawn made sure that we had heat for the night before he left for the day and was back right when he said he would be to finish things up. He even caulked up a hole on the exterior of the house next to his installation that I had been meaning to get to! After walking us through how to operate the units and running us through general maintenance, he reassured us that if we had any questions, we could call anytime. Excellent, professional, timely, courteous, and friendly service from start to finish! I highly recommend All Coast Heating & Air to anyone in the area needing a heat pump.

They arrived earlier than expected which in my book is always a good thing! Spent 3 hours servicing and repairing and installing/moving a new LED thermostat and did a great job. Quotes from the big companies were twice the price.

Had dryer vent that was vented through the floor so that my dryer stuck out about 8 inches from the wall in my little laundry room. Shawn recut the vent through the sheetrock and vented it outside like it’s supposed to be safety wise. But best part is now my dryer is close to the wall and doesn’t stick out! It’s perfect!!
