My heat pump was installed by two fabulous professionals, Dominic and Mark. James was also amazing; he put the electrical in. They all answered every question I had and quietly installed the electrical and pump without issue. Thank you Mount Hood Ductless for your quality service, management, product, and support. Mt Hood Ductless is a gem, and Aaron a real class act. After the warranty fell through on my failing outdoor unit, Aaron agreed to replace the outdoor unit and for a reasonable cost. Dominic the technician doing the work was masterful, thorough, and kind. If I had one word to describe this company, it would be integrity.

My. Hood Ductless put in a complete home 6 zone system for us. Aaron and the installation crew came out when they said they wood.
