We've had this company maintain our HVAC twice a year and we've never been disappointed. Quick and professional technician and the office staff was also great.

I should have called them when my home’s Package Unit first misbehaved, but it was maintaining temp. Finally, it failed and I called the same company who had taken such good care of my equipment at the Chuckwagon Café. By the fourth repair in a four-month period, I expected to hear the awful news, “Cathy, you need a new furnace/AC”. EOHC updated my Package Unit piece by worn-out piece, yet something was still amiss. EOHC’s techs wouldn’t quit! They strung a new wire from the thermostat to the Unit and lastly installed an innovative series of diagnostic fuses. Thank you, EOHC, for excellent service and for not giving up!

Got home Sunday to no AC. Called service. Repair technician was here Monday morning at 7:30. Repaired by 8:45 am. Very happy!

This company charged for services not provided. Deceptive language from sales person on the phone so they can deny what I was told. Never use these people, over charged for general services. Tech shows up and was unable to make repairs because they did not bring equipment with him...

I had Great service! Go for their Gold Star service program, they come out to check your system in Spring & Fall. Also, for Pacific Power customers maybe $assistance with a new heat pump!
