I have used this company several times and every time they are consistently professional and quick. I have also found them to be the most reasonable where cost is concerned. Excellent service from the get go, From Scott Bishop showing us our options and giving us our quote to the installers doing clean and efficient work answering all of our questions and finally the girls in the office who were always pleasant to deal with.

We liked our Heat Pump experience so much we had them replace our water the following week.

I had a system new installation in a building for$11,000 and it doesn't work. It didn't cool evenly. Eastern Oregon tells me I didn't give them enough information. It only has one air return for 5 separate rooms and the airflow is uneven and the temperature is uneven. They want another $9000 to fix it. From my first phone call immediately after installation I suggested it needs more returns. Everyone else I talked to says it needs more returns. They claim it's my fault I didn't give them enough information. I am very disappointed. We can fix it if you almost double the original quote.

You were fast the technician was very courteous, The only thing is we weren't able to test it he causes cold day and he was working on our air conditioner. If anyone ever asks me for a recommendation I would definitely steer them towards Eastern Oregon eating. Thank you for your service

Promptly on time. Installed my new thermostat and showed me how to program it. Checked duct work under house to make sure all was ok. Great service. I will for sure use Eastern Oregon Heating and AC for all of my heating/cooling needs!

I live out in an area where there's no service providers for my heat pump. E.O.H made the drive out to me and fixed all my issues with the heat pump. Every question I had was answer.
