It took a few days for an appointment during the busy time of the year which is to be expected. The tech called early and arrived early on the day of the appointment and went right to work. Very professional and thorough and had the furnace running well in only 30 minutes.

We have used them quite a bit lately and they are courteous and professional from office staff to techs,which makes it easy to call them and say...guess what your services are needed again. Prices seem to be consistent and fair.
For that reason I will be calling them again tomorrow.

When my furnace started to not work properly. I called. And they came the same day. They did get it to work, but by night. Dylan had to come back out, because my house got down to 64 degrees. He put the new part in. Got my house to heat up. The next week Dylan came back, checked it out, cleaned it and now it is working better than ever. I paid the bill. Then i called the office and told thank you the excellent customer service. I would recommend them to my friends. This is one happy and appreciated customer.

Eastern Oregon Heating and Air did a great job. Our heat stopped working and they were here within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and had it fixed the very next day!

Explained symptoms of heater blower/auto settings not functioning, it took more time to locate the CBs and turn power off than it did to find the faulty switch and replace it. Very knowledgeable and helpful in making the repairs and took the time to show and explain to me what the different components were and their function. Highly recommend. Thank you.
