Excellent service and accountable to their own work. I had them come to service the hvac unit in July. Paid $300 total. When it was time to turn on the heat the furnace wasn’t lighting. Scheduled another appointment and it turns out the grounding wire was not reconnected from the previous service they did in July. They fixed it, did a brief cleaning and service, and gave me a new air filter; charged $0 this time abound. I’m pleased with their communication and help.

Serviced my fireplace and completed the maintenance. Tech was quick and efficient. They were even able to fit me in the schedule sooner than originally scheduled.

Our AC wasn’t working right, so one of the guys came out to fix it. It only took him about 30 minutes from start to finish approximately. He was very professional, polite, courteous and friendly . He did an excellent job. Our AC works again as it should. Thank you so much for being able to fix it. We will definitely call you if it breaks down again. I highly recommend them.

I have always been very happy with the service we have received from Eastern Oregon Heating and Air. So much so I have recommended them to others many times over. But after this last service call I will think twice about calling them first. My fault in not asking about fees prior to having them work on our issue (but from previous use I was comfortable with letting them do the job no questions), but the response I got when talking to Tess Sabuco (who reviews their own page) was astonishing when she became very defensive when I questioned my invoice and told me how I should expect the same fee arrangements from all business who provide similar services. She was I would say kind in crediting me $25.98 from my $370 bill for a part that cost $45 on Amazon and a service that took all of 45 min. I was credited because the tech did not share the possible cost prior to doing the work.
I will always ask before I have someone do work for work us again, my mistake trusting a local service I always trusted in the past to treat me well.

I have used them for years for HVAC services. I have the Spring and Fall service agreement and I have found it to be an excellent value. If My system needed out of town parts, they obtained and installed them within 36 hours. Very happy with the people and service.
