I would choose no stars if this let me. It was a nightmare experience. This guy doesn’t have any insurance which meant when he broke our chimney it was 10,000 down the tubes for us in repairs. We woke him at home with a reminder call when he didn’t show up when scheduled. He showed up having not eaten or brought any of his own food and kept telling us how faint he felt. I fed him and gave him water but, seriously! He also showed up on the job site without proper safety equipment for climbing on our roof. Luckily we have climbing gear and lent him some ropes and safety gear so he wouldn’t fall.

Do not hire this guy!

My husband paid him for the “work” he did but if I had been involved in this I would not have paid him a sent. Like I said, the repairs to fix what he broke is going to cost us an immense amount of money.

Cary Jones does great work and charges less than the "full service" businesses that also do fireplace welding and other repairs. When all I need is an annual cleaning, I call him!

Soo I love this guy! He was so kind, super respectful and did an excellent job. He was quick and efficient but most importantly he was very respectful of me and my home and family. I most definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! Very nice, knowledgeable, and made the time to help my elderly neighbor that had a chimney fire. He took great care of them, they and I both very much appreciate it!!! Thank you!!!
