Well, I was very impressed with their maintenance guy that came out, so much so I decided to schedule a quote for a utility upgrade. Fast forward a week and a half now, and the guy that was supposed to come give us the quote rescheduled once, ok fine. But then he was late for the time he rescheduled for. I had to check in with him, telling me it would be "another 20min or so", which he was then late for that time as well by more than an hour. Your maintenance team seems good, but this Shane guy needs a new watch I think... There's no reason the customer should be checking in with one of your team members, they should be keeping the customer up to date. Not the other way around.

Thorough inspection, clear explanations and fair pricing. Brandon and Tom are incredible! Our AC out on hottest day. They labored tirelessly to ensure we were satisfied. They are great!
