Our home's furnace failed in the middle of winter leaving us huddled around space heaters to keep warm. I called HVAC companies for estimates to either repair or replace our furnace. Rob at Absolute Comfort was the only person who had a prompt response. He provided me with repair and replacement options. I opted for the replacement option in order to not further delay heating our home. Plus we ended up with a better more efficient furnace with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty.

It took some time to check into the options, yet we had our furnace replaced within 2 days. That may sound like a lot of time to be in the cold, but it took 2 days just to get call backs from other companies.

Ryan did the installation. He did a professional job. He was friendly, informative and cheerful to boot.

Now I am finished with my review, it's time for a house warming party!

Rob and his employees did a wonderful job replacing my AC and furnace. There was a problem with the condensate pump and they came out the next day and replaced it. I have already recommended them to numerous friends.

Very professional and polite. Installed a new amana heat pump which was an upgrade from the quoted model. In and out in just a couple hours. We were buning up in a 100+ deg. heat wave with a malfunctioning 27 year old heat pump. Absolute comfort and heating was able to install the new Amana in 1 to 2 weeks before 2 other companies I contacted.

The technician arrived as promised, performed a thorough inspection, cleaned and tested the furnace and brought along the extra filter I requested. Billing was quick efficient and reasonably priced.

I've never had central air and I bought a place in the winter when the AC could not be inspected due to the low temps. Ryan came out, tested the unit and answered all my questions.
