Because it's take you in house 🏡 very tiny road gor 53ft for Big Rig 🚛 take 9 South East street and make first left the warehouse is left side on you hard to back! I went in to buy a crimping tool and a section of flex ducting. One guy gave me a dirty look and told me he was on the phone. The next guy immediately said, "We only sell to HVAC contractors," before he knew who I was or what I wanted. Then he asked if I had an account. I said no, but I would open one. He then offered to sell me the crimping tool, but refused to sell one section of flex ducting. Company policy is understandable and I appreciate them catering to professionals, but I am one too. I ended up putting the tool back on the shelf and walking out. I'm truly sorry for stepping foot into this establishment. Seems like they would treat people with more respect given the numerous other business where people can purchase building products from.
