I had a really good experience with Ryan when trying to fix an oven. I had an idea of what part was needed to fix the problem and Ryan actually did a little bit of extra research on his own for other possibilities and let me know when they could have these parts if necessary (next day).

For someone who likes to try to fix things myself it was nice to know they also have a appliance repair unit where they'll send a technician out to fix something as well. If you need a part or you just need someone to come out and fix the problem this is the place. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

For anyone that is having problems finding parts. I would highly recommend this vendor 100%. He found what I needed instantly when I couldn't find it myself on whirlpool's website. Very courteous, Very friendly.,I would not hesitate one bit if you're looking for parts for some of your appliances.

They moved to Bend, and Google hasn't updated that information yet. But Ryan called me, and even though they aren't a retailer of parts, he ordered the part I needed. And I know getting it through them it will be the right part. Thank You Ryan!!

Many will disagree but I asked serviceman if he was vaccinated (I’m at high risk) and when he said no offered him a mask before he came in my house and he walked off in a huff and said find someone else. I did and would never recommend this business to anyone.
