AAA Heating & Cooling

AAA Heating and Cooling always does a great job. I don’t have to think about anything - they call when my furnace is due for a checkup and come out with a filter and do all the necessary repairs and upkeep. This time Phalen came and he was great. Boomer also came out separately and gave a very thorough and reasonable quote for adding AC.

I have used AAA Heating & Cooling for years and have always had a positive experience with them including when I needed my furnace replaced, a major AC repair, and emergency visits for both heating and cooling. The last HVAC service call I had with AAA Phalen was my technician and he did a very thorough job that was much appreciated.

Sean and Stephanie were like a beehive, furiously working and getting out duct cleaning done quickly and with precision. I got to watch in respect as they vacuumed, blew and persuaded thirty years worth of accumulated horror out of our vents. Job well done, I would trust them with my HVAC system any day!

Sean and Stephanie just performed duct cleaning at my home and were great to work with. They arrived at the very beginning of the service window and finished before I expected. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable and I’m glad to finally have gotten this service done.

Stephanie and Sean arrived promptly, were courteous and got the ducts cleaned quickly. They were considerate about helping to move items to access the vents. Phalen arrived just as they finished up and completed the routine maintenance and inspection. Phalen was helpful with questions I had about the furnace. Everything went smoothly! Very pleased with the service!

Phalen has been to our home several times to both install and service our HVAC system.
He does a great job and we are very confident in his ability to handle any situations that arise.
He is also friendly with our dog which is a bonus.

I had Sean and Stephanie at my home this morning for duct/vent cleaning. They did a great job. They were here when they said they would be and completed the work in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend AAA and will continue to use them in the future.

Phalen from AAA did a great job with the annual maintenance on our Furnace & A/C. He showed up on time and was very professional and helpful in explaining the process.

Alex came by and fix my ac leaking issue. He was very detailed in his work and found 2 spots that was causing the issue. He was very friendly and great to speak with. He was prompt to come by on the time slot reserved and explain everything very clearly.
