Service was exceptional. Provided the most through detail as to what issues were going on with my unit. Alan had our furnace back up and running in no time. These guys are great because they will attempt to do anything they can to fix the current unit you have before ever talking about the option of replacement. Very professional!

Alan came out and answered every question I had (and I had a notebook full lol) about some electrical work & installing new central heat & air, he was pleasant, professional and I did not feel rushed and you can tell they take pride in customer service which is a huge plus for me. Few days later Lucas & Issac came out and did a new breaker panel and surge protector and they were as equally pleasant. Will definitely be using in the future and cant wait to finally get central heat & air in the next several months

My wife and I have used Patriot H & A in the past. I’d like to give a shout out to them for their excellent service and work! Brad worked in the sleet and rain, after dark, by flashlight, last Tuesday ( Feb.4th), to assure we had heat before the snow started Wednesday! He had Alan on the phone, brainstorming what could be wrong with our system. They located and repaired the problem. Thank you guys so much!

Alan and Lucas came out and installed a gas line for our dryer. They were prompt and friendly and did a great job. Always exciting to be able to hire a fellow veteran who believes in the importance of service of all kinds.

We have used Patriot Heat & Air for years. We’ve also recommend Patriot to several of our friends & family. You can count on this company to be trustworthy. We have dealt with Alan, the General Manager on a few occasions. He always makes sure to take the time to explain the situation to you, and to give you options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this company.

I reached out to this company since they had amazing Google reviews. However, they didn't show up at the schedule time. I waited a few hours and then reached out to Willie, the owner, with whom I had scheduled the service appointment. He explained to me that, other than just showing up at the agreed upon time, the technician had been attempting to reach me to confirm the appointment.

However, the number I originally called him from was rerouted from a different number. As a result, Willie proceeded to blame me for not providing my number to him, even though he had never asked me for it when we had initially spoken

When the technician finally showed up, he determined that my coils were dirty and quoted me $160 to clean them (which consisted of simply taking a shop vac to them). Deciding that I could easily clean them myself, I opted out of the work and just paid the service call fee. However, once I was done cleaning them, the system wouldn't power back on.

I ended up calling another technician who spent about an hour on the phone with me, talking me through multiple troubleshooting steps before heading my way. He ultimately determined that one of the system's overflow shut-off valves had been disconnected. He believes that the original technician had tampered with the system in an attempt to get me to call them back out so that they could charge me another service fee.

Very.Shady Business Practices!

My daughter has used this company and they responded quickly and got her service restored. So when we needed annual service we called the folks at Patriot and they fixed us right up. Quick and reliable service. We will be setting up a service agreement with them to be sure our system stays in top condition! Call these Veterans when you need help.

Wow! It’s not everyday you find a contract business like this. These guys and girls have industry knowledge and experience throughout the entire business. Alan really took it upon himself to understand where my existing system was lacking and truly prescribed a solution to fix it “much like a doctor or specialist”. Who would have thought my problems were compounded by a crud duct design. Biggest mistake of this experience was only realizing we should have called them sooner than we did. Patriot has my business for the foreseeable future!

I would highly recommend patriot heat and air. Alan gave a easily under stood estimate of what we needed at a reasonable price. Brad and Shawn removed my 27 year old A/C and furnace and installed new system and duct work in one day. Very professional company.
