Excellent service! I called on a Saturday and had someone at my house within half an hour. Luckily it was an easy fix and we have cool air again. Will definitely call Al’s again!

Called and let me know I would be next service call, then called and let know he was on the way and his eta. Was able to fix my heater with parts on his truck on a Saturday afternoon. Great job and company to work with.

Al's will do anything to make the service you receive to be the best. If something does not go as planned, they do not keep billing you and really provide a real value for their service. We use the protection plan for all of our 3 units. This includes filter replacement and a checkup for each season - Summer & Winter. During the pre-season checkup's, they look for things that might be an issue and fix it at that time. We consequentially never have failed units. Plus, being on contract, if service is needed, it is provided at a discount rate.

We had Al's install a new A/C Unit for us, taking out a previous unit installed by another company. During peak summer days, our house is very cool and the unit runs on a limited basis instead of constantly as other units do. Al’s crew does a complete analysis of what is required and orders a unit from “top-end” manufactures, not an “off-brand” that they sell.

They did a great job! I called and they sent a guy out quick. He had us fixed up in no time. We had 3 other companies come out and waited 5 weeks for our A/C during the hottest month. We will use Al's again if needed!

Al’s is the perfect place to meet your heating and cooling needs. They are small enough to have comfortable and individualized care, but big enough to get the job done well. We highly recommend this establishment!

Have used Al's for over 30 yrs in Tuttle. Hadn't done an A/C tune-up in 4 yrs...with this heat decided it was time and of course called Al's. The tech was extremely thorough, saw a potential issue and said he should come back in a few days to see if it was still fluctuating. It wasn't so he went back in attic several times and found a duct way back in attic that had a tear in it where cold air was coming out. He repaired it and then again checked for the fluctuating refrigerant reading. He said it was not doing what it had done the previous visit so he did not think it necessary to evacuate the system!
The office staff is great to work with. After the 1st visit I called and paid for the tune-up via a CC. When they called to set up follow-up visit Kathy said the CC payment would be included in the overall invoice and not on top of. Al's did all types of HVAC work for us in Tuttle and we recommend them highly!

They just replaced both of our heat and air systems for a very good price. Quality of work and hardware is great, the new systems are way better than old system ever was. Al and his staff were all very nice and very professional.
